You need your own angle grinder 115mm(10,000 RPM) with a 14m spindle or arbor that the Diamabrush Tool(the diamond disc) screws onto via the 14m to 5/8-11 adaptor. Then install the the dust shroud a simple process and you are all setup and ready to remove the most stubborn coatings from all types of flat wood surfaces.

 Doing a great job removing the mastic from our countertops and floors. We have hardwood floors buried under decades old linoleum, foam padding and groovy floral carpeting. The same linoleum was on top of wood on the kitchen counter. We removed most of the junk with a scraping blade and we were pulling our hair out trying too figure out how to get the rest of the crud off of our wood when we came across a video for the Diamabrush products. We have a dust shroud covering up the grinder wheel to vacuum all the dust up and so far it's working great, our floors and counters are looking good as new.

 Worked great. We had a painted deck and tried power washing and multiple strippers. This is the only thing that actually worked to get the wood to where it can be stained.

 This tool is a lifesaver!!!!!! I was shopping at the Bethesda store, and ran into the Behr Paint Rep who recommended this tool. I was skeptical that this tool would work, but I was desperate and took a chance on it anyway based on his advice. I rented a hand grinder from the Home Depot Tool Rental Center and was able to remove about 300 square feet of the deck coating in a little over 2 hours. This tool absolutely shredded the deck coating and also smoothed out the wood where it was splintering. It left the deck perfectly clean & smooth for me to re-coat it. I paid for the tool and the grinder rental 4 hours. I saved over $1000 based on the last contractor's quote!! This was the best value I have ever acheived on a home improvement project.

  This product works just as promised. I put Behr deck over on my deck and followed all directions. It started peeling and I decided I would rather just stain the deck instead. I tried belt sanders, paint removers and several other tools and this tool was the ONLY one that worked as promised. It takes the paint off and leaves a good clean finish. I would definitely tell someone to use this product and its a good value!!!

  This disc got that nasty "Rustoleum Restore" off our 8x16' back deck in only a few hours! We did not use this tool for the front deck and it took my husband WEEKS of stripping, sanding and flipping boards. In the end we had to paint the front deck instead of stain it because he could not get the wood to bare in all spots and we didn't want to rebuild the entire deck. Rustoleum paid us $350 in a class action law suit and it did not cover 1/5 of what we paid to put the stuff on and then take it off 3 or 4 years later. This tool did the work in about 3 hours, cost $50 (plus you need an angle grinder) and took the wood to bare so it can now be stained instead of painted.

  This stripped the paint off my 100 year old 36' by 10' front porch easily. It still has life left in it. I made sure no nails were showing and even found a few while using it. Make sure you wear eye and respiratory protection cause stuff goes flying everywhere. The website says to use the dust sheild but I was outside and not worried about the dust. I'm glad I found this attachment.
