1.    How much is shipping and handling (S&H)? Generally, our products are rated as free shipping however from some product sources there will be some shipping costs.  Some large items are shipped with international carriers such as DHL, UPS and others and a charge is applied for these services. Be aware remote locations can occur additional charges as a surcharge to the original freight charge. We will advise you of these charges and confirm with you before shipping.
